HOW TO DELETE YOUR PSYATLAS ACCOUNT

If you’d like us to erase your PsyAtlas account and all associated personal data, please follow these simple steps:

1. Send an email to hello@psyatlas.com with the subject line:
   “Delete My PsyAtlas Account”
2. In the body of the email, include:
   • Your registered email address (the one linked to your PsyAtlas account)
   • A short statement confirming that you wish to delete your account and all stored data
3. Our support team will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and will complete the deletion process within 30 days, in line with GDPR requirements.
4. Once deletion is complete, we’ll send you a final confirmation email. After that point you will no longer be able to log in, and any stored data will be permanently removed from our systems.

Data-Retention Policy

• Personal data is normally kept only while your account is active.
• When you request deletion, all personally identifiable information is purged within 30 days and cannot be recovered.
